Brand Revitalization

Goal

To create a more modern, youthful feel for the HPU athletics department and ultimately to increase ticket sales.

Approach

First order of business was to create a fresh, exciting logo featuring the “striking” panther. Next, we determined our demographic target and reached them with print, TV, radio, a web micro-site and promotional offers through local merchants.

Result

Public ticket sales jumped up over 14%, plus we saw a 26% increase in game attendance by students. The distinctive logo was widely praised and soon was adopted campus wide as the primary brand mark.
